Open to Mentor Wrestlers
Material taught is geared to more experienced wrestlers but all youth are welcome to come!
Youth coaches will be present to run warm up and help guide kids through the drills. If signing up please commit to staying the whole time. If a child leaves halfway it can leave another child without a drill partner in the second half.
The end time is approx 5pm but can end early depending on how they progress through the material. Please be close by for pick up if dropping off.
